Roles & Responsibilities:
2. Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

3. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
4. Resolve customer concerns and ensure timely follow-ups.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
6. Maintain accurate customer records and interactions.
7. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.

✔ Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
✔ Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
