WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
- Develop and execute localized recruitment strategies tailored to India talent markets
- Leverage data, market intelligence, and sourcing channels to optimize hiring outcomes
- Partner with global TA leadership to align India strategy with broader TA & organizational priorities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3 recruiters
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-focused team culture
- Support capability building across sourcing, stakeholder management, and interviewing
- Build solid relationships across the organization to ensure ability to influence, guide and improve recruiting processes and initiatives in the region- Execute & lead recruiting projects & initiatives as assigned
- Promote and ensure inclusion & diversity remains a focal point for all processes & practices





YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including prior experience leading recruitment teams or programs
- Strong knowledge of India labor market, talent trends, and sourcing strategies
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive hiring outcomes
- Ability to prioritize effectively within a fast paced, change oriented environment
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable
