The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, administer, and maintain IBM MQ environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
- Monitor and troubleshoot IBM MQ queues, queue managers, channels, listeners, and clusters.
- Perform installation, configuration, administration, and basic troubleshooting of IBM ACE and IBM DataPower environments.- Perform middleware upgrades, patching, migration, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities.
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues to maintain optimal availability.




- Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine administrative tasks using Shell, Bash, Python, or similar scripting languages.- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and operational standards.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in on-call support and work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.
