Field Sales Executive - AI Security & Workforce Solutions

About the Role
As a Field Sales Executive, you will actively generate new business by prospecting and visiting potential clients in the field, conducting on-site demos, building relationships with key decision-makers, and closing high-value deals for our AI security & workforce management solutions. This is a hands-on field sales role that combines proactive outdoor client acquisition, consultative selling of advanced AI technology, and leveraging company-provided leads.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate new clients through field prospecting — including on-ground visits to factories, offices, hospitals, retail chains, and other target businesses across Bengaluru.
- Qualify leads in the field, understand client pain points, and pitch INUKA’s NexZig platform.
- Conduct in office product demonstrations to showcase walk-by face recognition, real-time analytics, and seamless HR integrations.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to successfully close deals.
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business,



referrals, and upselling opportunities.
- Utilize company-provided sales leads along with self-generated field prospects to maximize pipeline.
- Maintain CRM records (pipeline, daily visits, demos, wins/losses), prepare daily activity reports, and provide market/competitor feedback.
- Travel extensively within Bengaluru for client meetings and field prospecting.
- Collaborate with the technical team for custom demos, integrations, and smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:
- 0-2 years of B2B field sales experience (preferred in security systems, biometrics, CCTV, HR tech, SaaS/AI solutions, or enterprise hardware/software).
- Proven track record of generating clients through field visits and consistently closing deals.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills in English (Kannada is a big plus for local clients).
