Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, launch, and manage campaigns on Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop effective campaign strategies based on business goals and target audiences.
- Conduct audience research, competitor research, and keyword research.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize ad spend for better ROI.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copy, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports and actionable insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and scale successful campaigns.
- Work closely with creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, changes, and best practices in Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Robust knowledge of campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding, optimization, and scaling.




- Experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and analytics.
- Experience with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Experience with landing pages and conversion funnels.
- Experience working with lead generation campaigns.
