Key Responsibilities :Amazon Seller Central Management:
- Manage daily operations of Amazon Seller Central account.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (Title, Bullet Points, Description, Keywords, Images, Backend Search Terms).
- Manage product catalog, SKU creation, variations, and category mapping.
- Monitor account health, policy compliance, and resolve seller issues.
- Manage FBA/FBM inventory, shipments, orders, returns, and customer queries.
- Monitor competitor pricing and marketplace trends.
- Create and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands).
- Analyze sales reports, traffic, conversion, and performance metrics to improve growth.

Shopify Store Management:
- Manage Shopify website backend and daily operations.
- Add new products, update collections, pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Maintain website content accuracy and product availability.
- Manage orders, refunds, customer queries, and fulfillment process.
- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements.
- Support SEO optimization and conversion improvement activities.





Inventory & Operations:
- Maintain stock levels across Amazon and Shopify.
- Coordinate with warehouse, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Track orders, deliveries, returns, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and inventory reports.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sales performance and marketplace reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve rankings.
- Prepare competitor analysis and pricing reports.
- Track KPIs like sales, conversion rate, advertising performance, and profitability.

Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
- Understanding of Amazon SEO, product ranking, and PPC advertising.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple products and tasks efficiently.
