About the Role

This is a target-driven role with significant incentive earning potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for residential interior projects.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, channel partners, architects, builders, and developers.
- Plan and execute local marketing campaigns to increase showroom walk-ins and brand visibility.
- Coordinate and oversee social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team to generate enquiries.
- Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and present suitable interior solutions.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure smooth conversion of leads into successful projects.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports,



and market intelligence for management.
- Represent the Homelane brand professionally at exhibitions, promotional events, and business networking opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in:
- Interior Design
- Modular Kitchens
- Home Furnishing
- Architecture
- Construction or Building Materials
- Real Estate
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in CRM management and sales pipeline tracking.
- Good understanding of social media marketing and digital lead generation.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
