About the Role

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will drive the entire hiring lifecycle—from the initial search to the final handshake. If you are highly organized, competitive, and know how to use modern sourcing channels to find top-tier talent, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
- Master Job Portals:



Utilize platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and WorkIndia to build a strong pipeline of active and passive job seekers.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 1.5 to 3 years of proven experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).
- Skills: Strong understanding of job portal search strings (Boolean search) and excellent screening skills.
- Communication: Clear, persuasive, and qualified communication skills in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹10,092.56 - ₹42,450.70 per month
