Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update student records on the Karnataka SATS Portal.
- Handle student admissions and enrolment in the SATS system.
- Generate and maintain SATS IDs for students.
- Update and maintain student attendance records.
- Enter and maintain CCE (Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation) results.
- Process student promotions in the SATS Portal.
- Generate and maintain Transfer Certificates (TCs) through the portal.
- Update and maintain scholarship-related student records.
- Verify student documents and ensure accuracy of all data entered.
- Coordinate with school administration, teachers, and parents for data verification.
- Maintain confidentiality of student records and ensure compliance with government guidelines.
- Prepare reports and maintain digital records as required by the management.
- Perform other administrative and data management tasks assigned by the School Administration.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry, school administration,



or SATS Portal operations is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent computer skills and Kannada proficiency may also be considered.

Mandatory Skills
- Kannada language proficiency (Read, Write & Speak) - Mandatory:
- Working knowledge of the Karnataka SATS Portal.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential student information responsibly.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience
- Experience working in schools or educational institutions.
- Familiarity with Karnataka Education Department procedures.
- Experience in student database management and government education portals.
