Liaisoning Head - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all liaisoning activities with government departments, development authorities, municipal corporations, and regulatory bodies.
Obtain and expedite approvals, licenses, NOCs, sanctions, and statutory clearances for real estate projects.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.
Coordinate with legal, projects, architecture, engineering, and compliance teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and approval
requirements.
Track project approvals and proactively resolve issues to avoid delays.
Represent the organization before government authorities and regulatory agencies.
Monitor changes in government policies, land regulations, and real estate laws, and advise management accordingly.
Maintain accurate records of approvals, permissions,



and compliance documentation.
Support land acquisition, project launches, and operational activities from a liaisoning perspective.
Develop strategies to streamline approval processes and improve turnaround
times.

Requirements:
10+ years of liaisoning experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
Strong understanding of local government procedures, land laws, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Industry: Real Estate & Infrastructure.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
