Job Summary
Resource with hands-on expertise in Atera RMM and device management operations. Responsible for endpoint administration, software deployment, patch management, device monitoring, remote troubleshooting, asset management, compliance tracking, and incident/service request resolution. Experience with Windows endpoint management, automation scripting, and end-user support is preferred. Ability to manage device lifecycle activities, monitor device health, and coordinate with customer stakeholders to ensure service delivery and operational excellence.
