Job Summary

The Hardware Asset Management (HAM) L2 Analyst is responsible for managing and controlling the lifecycle of IT hardware assets from receipt and inventory updates through deployment, movement, recovery, reconciliation, and retirement. The role ensures asset data accuracy, process compliance, audit readiness, and effective coordination across offshore operations, field support teams, service desk, vendors, logistics partners, procurement, and customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

1 Asset Lifecycle Management



Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle activities including procurement tracking, asset receipt, deployment, assignment, transfer, return, recovery, and disposal support.



Ensure asset records are created, updated, and maintained accurately in the authorized asset management tool or CMDB.



Validate hardware asset ownership, location, status, warranty, serial number, model, and assignment details.



Support asset refresh, migration, recovery,



and transition activities as part of business-as-usual and project requirements.



2.2 Inventory Management and Reconciliation



Maintain accurate inventory records for laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, scanners, POS systems, network devices, peripherals, and accessories.



Perform periodic inventory audits, physical-to-system reconciliation, and discrepancy resolution.



Investigate missing assets, duplicate records, incorrect assignments, stock mismatches, and asset movement gaps.



Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment or redeployment requirements with relevant teams.



2.3 Ticket and Request Management



Handle L2 asset-related incidents, service requests, tasks, and fulfilment activities within defined SLA targets.



Coordinate asset allocation, recovery, transfer, replacement, and dispatch requirements with field and depot teams.



Update tickets with transparent notes, action
