- ll manage the core HR functions that keep Clevertize running smoothly
- from employee engagement and performance management to HR operations and culture building.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate probation confirmations, appraisals, and transfers.
- 2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
- Maintain and update HR policies and SOPs.
- 3. Performance Management




- Support the design and execution of the performance review cycle.
- Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating team performance.
- 4. Employee Engagement & Culture
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, rewards & recognition programs, and team events.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and pulse checks to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Foster an inclusive and positive work workplace that reflects Clevertize
- s culture.
- 5. Recruitment Support
- Collaborate with the recruitment team for hiring coordination and onboarding new hires.
- 6. Learning & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training sessions. Track learning outcomes and support continuous growth initiatives.

What You

- 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an advertising agency:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
