Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable skincare products through consultative selling.
- Drive upselling, cross-selling, and eCommerce order conversions to maximize revenue.
- Assist customers with product information, skincare routines, order tracking, payments, COD confirmation, returns, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales, conversion, and customer engagement targets.

Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Telesales.
- Strong upselling, cross-selling, and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi is a plus).
- Experience handling eCommerce orders, payments, COD, returns, and customer queries.




- Working knowledge of CRM platforms and MS Excel.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to meet sales and conversion targets.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Skincare, Beauty, Cosmetics, or Wellness industry.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Zoho CRM, WhatsApp Business, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with customer retention strategies and repeat purchase campaigns.
- Ability to recommend premium products and skincare routines confidently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
