Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
- Maintain robust relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly.
- Monitor service levels (SLAs) and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Conduct regular customer review meetings and share performance reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Transport, and Finance teams for smooth execution.
- Maintain customer records, contracts, SOPs, and communication logs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
