SOFT SKILLS: PROBLEAM SOLVING, ABILITY,COMMUNICATION SKILLS, RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY, POSITIVE ATTITUDE, CONFLICT RESOLUTION, STRESS MANAGEMENT

TECHNICAL SKILLS: EOT MAINTENANCE, BREAK DOWN MANITENANCE SUPPORT, MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE, ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE, HYDRAULIC KNOWLEDGE, BEARING REPLACEMENT AND ALLIGNMENT, LUBRICATION MANAGEMENT, MOTOR AND GEAR BOX MAINTENANCE, COMPRESSOR MANITENANCE, WELDING AND GAS CUT BASIS, TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for preparing Preventive check list for all machines. Responsible for Preventive maintenance activities for all the machines.



Responsible to Maintain Machine History Card for all machines Responsible to maintain & Monitoring Machine Breakdown register and initiating suitable Corrective Action. Responsible for machines are kept clean. Ensure to carry out improvement activities as per machine review report.
