Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end proposal and quotation process, ensuring timely submission to the respective Business Development (BD) representative.
Review and understand RFPs, RFIs, and QIFs in detail, identifying gaps and seeking clarifications whenever required.
Organize kick-off meetings with cross-functional teams (CFTs) upon receipt of an RFP/QIF to gather queries and align on proposal requirements.
Coordinate with CFTs to consolidate technical, operational, and commercial inputs and translate them into accurate costing and pricing proposals.
Prepare comprehensive proposals in response to customer inquiries by incorporating inputs from all relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate proposal review meetings with CFTs and senior leadership to obtain feedback, guidance, and approval prior to submission.
Act as the central coordinator between BD, customers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of queries.

Technical & Functional:
Should have good understanding the of the Pre-sales process
Should possess valuable understanding of chemistry and unit operations involved in typical synthetic process
Should have basic understanding of costing and the way it is done
Behavioural:
Should be a positive team player.
Should be able to manage CTFs to achieve desired OTIF number
Should have very valuable communication skills (written as well as verbal)
Should be able to learn the current activities quickly and adapt to the change
