Functional Skills
Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO with CFIN .
Minimum 2 - 3 end-to-end SAP Central Finance implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Current GL, S/4HANA et.
Experience with business process harmonization across multiple ERP systems.

S/4HANA Transformation Experience

The candidate should have hands-on experience in:
S/4HANA Finance Transformation programs.
Brownfield and Greenfield implementations.
Finance process redesign and standardization.
Fit-Gap Analysis.
Data Migration and Validation.
Cutover Planning and Go-Live Support.




Hypercare and Production Support.

Preferred Qualifications
SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting.
SAP Central Finance Certification (preferred).
Experience in global SAP S/4 Hana transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to lead client workshops independently.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience managing offshore/onsite coordination.
Ability to work in a fast-paced transformation workplace
