About the Role:

As a People Partner for South India , you will support employees and leaders across Maersk s Contract Logistics and TbM operations. You ll work closely with teams on the ground, ensuring a outstanding employee experience, smooth HR processes, and a high level of compliance and engagement.

This is a hands-on, people-facing role-perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems, coaching leaders,



and making HR processes work better.

What You ll Be Doing:

In this role, you will:

Partner with Leaders
Be the go-to HR contact for leaders and employees across the South cluster
Guide teams through HR policies, employee relations, performance, and development conversations

Lead HR Processes
Run key HR cycles: performance reviews, compensation, succession planning, talent development
Support the rollout of current HR systems and processes (Workday ServiceNow)

Support Employees
Handle day-to-day HR queries
Resolve employee relations matters
Ensure compliance with employment laws and site-level statutory requirements

Drive Talent Workforce Planning
Work with TPL vendors to ensure workforce availability
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and engagement activities
Encourage internal mobility and growth opportunities for employees

Collaborate Across HR
Partner with HRBPs, People Adviso
