Mandatory Domain Experience

Candidates must have robust and extensive Fixed Income experience. Fixed Income background is a critical requirement for these positions.

Candidates should ideally have experience working as Core Product / Business Analysts in Capital Markets.

Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
Requirement gathering and analysis
Translating business requirements into functional specifications
Working closely with Product Management and stakeholders
End-to-end requirement lifecycle

The role is evolving from traditional BRD/FRD-based BA practices toward Agile delivery, so candidates must be comfortable working in an Agile environment.

Robust understanding of:

Jira
User Stories
Acceptance Criteria
Backlog management
Sprint planning
Sprint execution
Refinement / grooming
End-to-end delivery in Agile
Collaboration with Product, Development and QA teams
