;Manage end-to-end software development projects.
;Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
;Prepare project plans, schedules, estimates, and resource allocation.

;Ensure projects remain aligned with agreed scope and business objectives.





;Team Delivery Management
;Coordinate with Development, QA, UI/UX, BA, DevOps, and other teams.

;Conduct Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
;Identify and remove project blockers.
;Monitor team productivity and project performance.
