About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Civil with robust exposure to high-rise buildings and real estate construction projects, preferably from the contractor/EPC side.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing large-scale construction activities, coordinating with clients and consultants, controlling project execution, and leading project teams from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-rise and real estate construction projects.
Plan, monitor and control project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, schedule and budget.
Manage site teams, contractors, subcontractors, vendors and consultants.
Act as the key interface between the company and clients, consultants, architects and other stakeholders.
Conduct regular client meetings and effectively communicate project progress, challenges and requirements.
Ensure quality,



safety and timely completion of construction activities.
Review BOQ, drawings, specifications, work schedules and construction methodologies.
Monitor project costs, material consumption, manpower productivity and resource deployment.
Coordinate with procurement and commercial teams for timely availability of materials and resources.
Identify project risks, delays and technical issues and implement corrective measures.
Prepare and review MIS, progress reports, project schedules and client updates.
Handle measurements, billing coordination, variation works, RA bills and client certifications.
Lead negotiations and coordination with subcontractors and vendors.
Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards, safety requirements and company procedures.
Provide leadership and technical guidance to Project Managers, Construction Managers and site teams.
