Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive with 35 years of experience in Chemical and Mattress Foam Manufacturing Industry. The candidate will be responsible for dispatch planning, logistics coordination, dispatch documentation, transporter follow-up, and ensuring timely delivery of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Logistics
Manage dispatch of finished goods and production materials.
Coordinate with transporters for timely vehicle arrangement and delivery.
Ensure on-time dispatch as per delivery schedules.
Monitor loading, unloading, and shipment movement.

Documentation
Prepare Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, Invoices, and dispatch documents.




Maintain dispatch records and update ERP / SAP / Tally systems.
Verify material quantity and dispatch details before shipment.

Coordination
Coordinate with Production, Stores, Sales, QA/QC, and Logistics teams.
Follow up with transporters and customers regarding delivery status.
Track pending dispatches and ensure timely deliveries.

Inventory & Compliance
Monitor finished goods stock for dispatch planning.
Ensure proper Packing, labelling, and protected transportation of materials.
Follow company dispatch procedures and compliance requirements.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Dispatch, Logistics, and Inventory Coordination
Experience in dispatch documentation and transporter coordination
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP / SAP / Tally
Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple dispatches
