More than 10 yrs of experience in HOME AUTOMATION INDUSTRY
Lead and manage the Design, Project, and Service teams.
Ensure timely and quality execution of all projects within budget.
Review and approve technical designs, BOQs, drawings, and project plans.
Allocate resources and monitor project progress across multiple sites.
Oversee installation quality, testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Drive timely closure of service requests and customer escalations.
Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Accounts, and Operations for smooth project execution.
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and build a high-performing team.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly project status and MIS reports to management.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
