Job Summary

KENT New Energy is hiring an experienced Regional Manager ESS to drive business growth and market expansion across a major location within Jharkhand (Ranchi).

The role will be responsible for developing the regional ESS business, expanding the distributor and dealer network, managing sales teams, and achieving primary, secondary, and tertiary sales targets across Home, Commercial, and Industrial Energy Storage Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development
Develop and grow the ESS business across the assigned state/region.
Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, channel partners, EPCs,



and institutional customers.
Achieve primary, secondary, and tertiary sales targets.
Identify recent markets, customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
Drive business across residential, commercial, and industrial ESS segments.
Build solid and long-term relationships with channel partners and key customers.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.

Channel Management
Develop and strengthen the distributor and dealer network.
Ensure product availability and effective inventory planning at distributor level.
Drive product visibility, branding, and promotional activities.
Coordinate dealer meets, roadshows, exhibitions, and channel engagement programs.
Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy payment discipline.
Coordinate with technical and service teams for channel/customer support.

Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage ASMs, FSOs,
