Participate in the design and implementation of current systems and architecture.
Developing new tools to improve security, efficiency, and overall NOC efficiency.
Enhance the tools to support our NOC team with our multiple products.
Improve efficiency and integrity through automation.
Engage with other departments to learn and recommend where we can provide value to the customer and company.
Participate and help in solving problems.
Expect the unexpected.
Attend departmental meetings and briefings as required Qualifications
Valuable understanding of networking protocols and concepts.
Basic scripting/programming capabilities.
Working Knowledge of Linux based operating systems and management.
Good Experience with Ansible, Jinja and Python
Good Experience with Napalm, Nornir, PyATS, Netmiko etc
Valuable Experience with Frontend development jQuery, Vue.js
