Job Summary

Blacksmith Woven Conversion Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, manage shop-floor activities, ensure production targets are met, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and shop-floor operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
Monitor workforce performance and allocate tasks effectively.
Maintain product quality standards and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design, and Maintenance departments.
Monitor machine utilization and report breakdowns or maintenance requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and housekeeping standards.




Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
Minimize production delays, wastage, and downtime.
Train and guide production operators and technicians.

Qualification
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.

Experience
3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in machine manufacturing industry will be preferred.
