About the Role

Omni Hire is seeking a proactive HR & Business Development Intern
to drive candidate recruitment and support client acquisition. This role offers hands-on experience at the intersection of talent acquisition, B2B sales, and up-to-date HR technology.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
Source, screen, and evaluate candidate profiles across multiple job channels.
Conduct initial screening calls, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines.
Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain structured recruitment records in Excel/ATS.
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and target prospective client leads via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and digital platforms.
Perform outbound calls to HR professionals, talent acquisition heads, and business owners.
Pitch OmniHire’s HR solutions,



handle primary follow-ups, and secure client demo meetings.

Key Requirements

Communication:
Solid verbal and written proficiency in both English and Hindi.

Technical Skills:
Basic proficiency with LinkedIn Sourcing, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.

Outreach:
Comfortable performing high-volume outbound calls and client follow-ups.

Mindset:
Highly self-motivated, organized, quick to learn, and goal-oriented.

Eligibility:
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of experience.

What You Will Learn
End-to-End Recruitment:
Sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
B2B Client Acquisition:
Lead generation, cold calling dynamics, and sales outreach workflows.
HR Tech Proficiency:
Practical experience leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and contemporary HR platforms.
