Cakewala, a leading bakery and confectionery brand under Bhatta's Foods Pvt Ltd, is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to join our Commissary / Central Kitchen team in Bengaluru.

Role Overview The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations at the central kitchen, ensuring output meets quality, hygiene, and timeline standards while supervising kitchen staff and coordinating with stores and outlet teams.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule daily production based on outlet and order demand
Supervise kitchen staff across shifts, allocate tasks, and monitor performance
Ensure adherence to FSSAI food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Monitor batch quality, consistency, and portioning across egg and eggless product lines
Coordinate with Central Stores for timely raw material availability and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
Maintain production records,



wastage logs, and daily output reports
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process
Enforce cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols on the floor
Liaise with outlet teams on delivery schedules and special/custom orders
Support training of new kitchen staff on SOPs and quality standards
Skills Required
Solid team management and floor supervision skills
Positive communication skills (Kannada/Hindi/English)
Process discipline and attention to detail
Basic computer literacy for production reporting
Ability to work under time pressure in a rapid-paced kitchen environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
