Title: Contemporary History, Political Science and Model United Nations Trainer

Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging sessions covering MUN procedures, parliamentary rules, diplomacy, public speaking, debate, negotiation, and international relations.
Guide students through country research, position papers, opening speeches, moderated/unmoderated caucuses, resolutions, and conference strategy.
Strengthen students’ critical thinking, articulation, confidence, negotiation, diplomacy, teamwork, and persuasive communication abilities.
Organise mock MUN conferences, debates, committee simulations, and role-play activities to provide students with hands-on experience.
Provide constructive feedback, assess student participation and performance, and mentor students to improve their overall MUN preparedness and effectiveness.

Requirements & Eligibility




Candidates pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Law, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a related field are eligible to apply.
Prior experience as a Model UN delegate, Executive Board member, Chairperson, or MUN trainer is highly preferred.
Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, coaching, or facilitating students will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with robust public speaking, debating, and presentation abilities.
Good understanding of international relations, geopolitics, diplomacy, current affairs, and MUN procedures and protocols.
Robust research, critical thinking, negotiation, leadership, diplomacy, and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹750.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour
