Material Issuance Production Support - Ensure timely and accurate material issuance to production to maintain uninterrupted manufacturing operations; On-time material issuance (98%); Zero production line stoppages due to store-related issues; Material issue accuracy
Inventory Control System Accuracy - Maintain accurate physical inventory and ERP records through timely transactions and regular stock verification; Inventory accuracy 99%; Oracle transaction accuracy 99.5%; Cycle count variance within target; Timely completion of stock counts
Warehouse Operations Compliance - Maintain an effective, secure, and compliant warehouse environment by implementing SOPs, FIFO/FEFO, 5S, and statutory requirements; FIFO/FEFO compliance (%)

Team Supervision Operational Excellence - Lead and develop the stores team to achieve productivity, discipline, and continuous improvement in warehouse operations; Team productivity; SOP adherence; Training completion; Employee attendance and discipline; Continuous improvement initiatives implemented
Vendor Returns Inventory Optimization - Ensure timely processing of rejected, excess, damaged, or obsolete materials through proper Return to Vendor (RTV) processes while minimizing inventory losses; RTV processing turnaround time - RTV transaction accuracy - 100%; Reduction in blocked/obsolete inventory; Documentation accuracy
Education Qualification
Graduation in Any Discipline
MBA/Diploma in Store Management
Technical Competence Skills
Proficient in MS Excel and inventory management.
