Job Description
HR Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Develop and monitor HR systems, policies, procedures, and practices across the organization.
Support current and future business requirements through effective workforce planning and human capital management.
Provide HR metrics and decision-support information to management.

Recruitment & Selection
Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
Identify staffing requirements and support current and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
Ensure timely recruitment of suitable candidates.

Performance Management
Oversee and manage the employee performance appraisal system.
Develop performance management practices that encourage employee productivity and high performance.
Monitor employee performance and coordinate with managers regarding performance-related concerns.

Compensation & Perks




Maintain the organization's pay structure and compensation plans.
Manage employee benefits programs and ensure proper implementation.
Review compensation and perks practices according to organizational requirements.

Training & Development
Assess employee training and development needs.
Develop, implement, and monitor training programs.
Support employee development, engagement, motivation, and retention initiatives.

Required Skills
HR Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Knowledge of HR systems, databases, and HR processes.
Understanding of recruitment, performance management, compensation, training, and employee relations.

Leadership Skills
Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
Ability to develop and implement HR strategies.
Ability to manage and motivate employees effectively.
