Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Generate leads through builders, architects, consultants, contractors, and corporate clients.
Conduct site visits and understand customer requirements to propose suitable elevator solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts with customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as defined by the organization.
Coordinate with technical, installation, and service teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Scope of Role
Direct contribution to revenue growth and market expansion.
Exposure to B2B project sales and infrastructure development sector.
Chance to work closely with builders, real estate developers, and consultants.




Career progression into Senior Sales / Key Account / Branch Sales roles based on performance.
Required Skills Qualifications
3 13 years of experience in sales (preferably elevators, construction, building materials, HVAC, or engineering products).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to manage project-based sales cycles.
Valuable understanding of technical product selling preferred.
Graduate/Diploma in Engineering or any relevant discipline preferred.
Self-driven with strong customer handling capability.
