Telenova Networks Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities related to IT, ELV, networking, and project materials. The candidate will be responsible for vendor coordination, material procurement, cost control, and timely delivery as per project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors/suppliers for IT, ELV, networking, and project-related materials
Prepare and process purchase orders based on approved requisitions
Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to project sites
Maintain purchase records, invoices, delivery notes, and vendor databases
Coordinate with project, accounts, and stores teams for material planning and reconciliation
Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or excess inventory
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures




Handle returns, replacements, and warranty-related issues with vendors
Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis when required

Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any discipline (Supply Chain or related field preferred)
Experience in procurement for IT / ELV / Networking / Electrical / Civil projects is an added advantage
Positive negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of GST, billing, and basic accounts coordination
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems
Robust communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple procurements
