Roles And Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop technical project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Engineering & Technical Support
Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and approve engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Identify and resolve technical issues and engineering challenges.
Coordination & Communication
Work closely with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Serve as a point of contact between engineering teams and clients.
Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.
Quality Control & Compliance
Ensure that all engineering work meets industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct inspections and quality control checks during project execution.




Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Risk Management & Problem-Solving
Identify potential risks, delays, or technical challenges, and develop mitigation strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve engineering-related issues to ensure project continuity.
Maintain safety compliance and ensure adherence to best engineering practices.
Budgeting & Cost Control
Assist in budget planning, cost estimation, and expense tracking.
Ensure projects remain within the allocated budget.
Identify cost-saving prospects without compromising quality.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
Ensure accurate record-keeping of engineering specifications and changes.
Generate technical reports and submit findings to project managers.

Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering
