Job Summary

Summary: Execute world-class HVAC projects across Hyderabads most prestigious commercial, healthcare and institutional buildings. Hands-on Site Engineers who bring technical discipline, ownership and a drive to learn on the ground. Freshers with robust internship exposure are welcome.

Roles and Responsibilities :
Supervise day-to-day HVAC site activities - VRF, DX, chilled water, AHUs, FCUs, ducting and piping
Read and interpret HVAC layout drawings, schematics and single-line diagrams on site
Coordinate with civil, electrical and plumbing contractors for MEP clearances
Manage sub-contractors and daily labour - task allocation and daily output tracking
Track material receipts against GRN and BOQ; raise indents proactively to avoid delays
Maintain daily progress reports, inspection records and quality checklists
Ensure all site activities comply with safety protocols and permit-to-work systems
Comply with Arial Engineerings Health, Safety and Environmental procedures.
Complete any other associated task requested by the management.





Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Working knowledge of HVAC systems - VRF, chilled water, DX, AHU, FCU, ventilation
Ability to read and understand HVAC and MEP drawings
Ownership mindset - someone who does not wait to be told what to do next
Positive communication skills in English and Telugu/Hindi
Two-wheeler with valid driving licence
