Job Summary The Purchase Executive handles the end-to-end procurement of food ingredients, raw materials, and packaging stuff. The main goal is to secure high-quality, secure, and cost-effective supplies while strictly maintaining food safety standards and shelf-life requirements.

What Youll Do:
Ingredient Sourcing: Source raw materials, food ingredients, spices, and processing chemicals.
Packaging Procurement: Procure food-grade, sustainable, and compliant packaging materials.
Vendor Management: Audit food suppliers for quality, hygiene, and supply reliability.
Cold Chain & Logistics: Coordinate temperature-controlled transport to prevent food spoilage.
Compliance Checks: Ensure all vendors meet regulatory standards like FSSAI or FDA.
Cost & Waste Control: Monitor ingredient price fluctuations and track shelf-life expiry to minimize waste.

What We Need:
Experience: 1+ years of purchasing experience in Food Manufacturing, QSR, or Hospitality.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of food safety, perishability, and cold chain logistics.
Skills: Robust negotiation, quick decision-making for perishables, and quality assessment.
