Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced qualified to lead electrical project execution for mid-sized ground-mounted solar projects and solar parks (up to 70 MW). The role involves managing site execution, electrical works, and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards.

Responsibilities
Oversee electrical execution of solar EPC projects (33kV/11kV substations, switchyards, transmission lines, plant-level electrical systems).
Manage site teams, contractors, and vendors for timely project delivery.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and civil teams for seamless execution.
Handle project documentation, reporting, and client coordination.




Support commissioning and handover of solar plants.

Key Skills & Competencies
Robust knowledge of electrical systems in solar EPC projects.
Hands-on experience in solar parks and ground-mounted solar projects.
Expertise in HT/LT electrical works, switchgear, transformers, and protection systems.
Familiarity with project execution workflows and site management.
Knowledge of statutory compliance and safety standards.
Ability to manage contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
4–7 years of relevant experience in solar EPC project execution.
Prior experience in solar parks and mid-sized ground-mounted projects is mandatory.
