Job Role: HR Manager

Job Description
Lead and manage the overall Human Resources function of the organization.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Manage talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, HR compliance, and workforce planning.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower requirements and support organizational growth.
Ensure effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee programs.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, project, and support functions.
Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
Conduct and coordinate candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.

HR Operations & Administration
Oversee employee onboarding and induction programs.




Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee attendance, leave, and lifecycle processes.
Ensure smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations.

Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate monthly payroll processing and verification.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Manage employee advantages including PF, ESI, gratuity, and other applicable advantages.
Coordinate HR audits and maintain statutory documentation.
Ensure timely completion of compliance-related activities.

Performance Management
Develop and manage employee performance appraisal systems.
Monitor employee performance and career development plans.
Coordinate performance reviews with department heads and managers.
Support employee training and skill development initiatives.
