Job Summary:

Responsible for managing project quantities, cost estimation, BOQs, measurements, billing, and cost control while ensuring accurate financial management of civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and project estimates
Review architectural and structural drawings for quantity calculations
Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities
Prepare and verify RA Bills, final bills, and contractor bills
Perform rate analysis for civil works and construction activities
Monitor project costs against approved budgets
Prepare material reconciliation and consumption statements
Track variations, deviations, additional works, and claims
Coordinate with Project, Site, Planning, Procurement, and Accounts teams
Evaluate contractor and subcontractor bills
Assist in tender preparation, quotation analysis, and cost comparison
Maintain measurement books, billing records, and project documentation
Identify cost-saving opportunities and support effective cost control
Prepare regular cost reports and MIS for management

Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Estimation,



and Billing
Expertise in BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs
Valuable understanding of civil construction methods and materials
Knowledge of rate analysis, cost control, and reconciliation
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
Knowledge of contracts, variations, and claims
Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/project software
Solid analytical and numerical skills

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma / BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
4–10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying / Billing / Estimation
Experience in residential or commercial construction preferred

Preferred Experience:
Experience in high-rise residential buildings, commercial projects, villas, townships, infrastructure, or EPC projects
Solid exposure to BOQ, RA bills, rate analysis, material reconciliation, variation statements, and cost control
Knowledge of Primavera/MS Project is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
