About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Bid Manager to lead the end-to-end bid management process for technology projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record of successfully closing bids and technology projects, with the ability to manage opportunities from initial requirement analysis through proposal, negotiation, closure, and project handover.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to successful closure.
Understand client requirements and develop effective technical and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with technology, sales, delivery, finance, and leadership teams to prepare winning bids.
Drive bid strategy, solution positioning, pricing coordination, timelines, and submission activities.
Track and manage multiple bids and ensure proposals are submitted within deadlines.
Participate in client discussions, presentations, negotiations, and clarification meetings.




Successfully close technology bids and ensure smooth transition of won projects to delivery teams.
Maintain bid pipelines, opportunity status, forecasts, and management reports.
Identify risks, dependencies, and competitive factors and incorporate them into bid strategy.
Build solid relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Support post-bid analysis and continuously improve the organization's bid-winning approach

Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience as a Bid Manager / Proposal Manager / Presales Manager in the technology or IT services industry.
Demonstrated success in winning and closing technology bids and projects.
Strong understanding of IT services, software development, digital transformation, or technology solutions.
Excellent proposal writing, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
