Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for
elevators, escalators, and modernization projects
in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with
builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and corporate clients
.




Identify potential projects and customers through market visits, networking, references, and market research.
Handle the complete sales cycle, from
lead generation and enquiry management to negotiation and order closure
.
Prepare and submit
techno-commercial quotations
and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
Follow up on enquiries, proposals, tenders, and pending orders to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with
Design, Projects, Service, Commercial, and other internal departments
for smooth order execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely communication with customers.
Follow up on
payment collections
and support the commercial team in resolving customer-related issues.
Maintain an updated customer/project database and prepare regular
sales reports and MIS
.
Monitor
competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities
.
Develop strategies to increase market share and achieve assigned sales targets.
