Role Overview:

We are seeking a polite, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage the school's front desk and serve as the first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the school reception and front office efficiently and professionally.
Welcome and assist parents, visitors, students, and staff with courtesy.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, messages, and general enquiries.
Provide accurate information regarding school procedures, admissions, fees, transport, and other services.
Maintain visitor records, appointment schedules, and front-office registers.
Coordinate with teachers, administration, transport, accounts, and management for enquiries and requests.
Receive and appropriately communicate messages to concerned staff members.
Assist with admission enquiries, document collection, forms, and related administrative work.
Maintain confidentiality of student, parent, and school information.
Ensure the reception area remains professional, organized, and welcoming.




Support the administration team in daily office work, school events, PTMs, and other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist/front-office executive, preferably in a school.
Excellent English and Hindi communication skills.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, email, and basic computer operations.
Robust organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Qualified, patient, punctual, and presentable.
