Position: Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, qualified, and customer-oriented Receptionist to be the first point of contact for customers visiting our Honda Big Wing showroom.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers in a polite and qualified manner.
Attend incoming phone calls and direct them to the concerned department/person.
Handle customer enquiries and provide basic information about showroom services.
Manage customer entries and visitor records.
Coordinate with Sales, Service, and other departments as required.
Assist customers with appointments and showroom-related enquiries.
Follow up on customer requirements when required.
Ensure a positive customer experience at the showroom.

Eligibility
Qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
Experience: Freshers can apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and customer-friendly personality.
