Key Responsibilities
Execute and monitor daily production plans to achieve production targets.
Supervise shop-floor operations and optimize manpower utilization.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with Stores, Quality, Maintenance, and Purchase teams for seamless operations.
Monitor material availability, WIP, and machine utilization.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics, Mechanical, Production, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
3–4 years of experience in a manufacturing or production workplace.




Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
Experience in electronics or medical device manufacturing will be an added advantage.
