About The Role
Key Responsibilities
Support ongoing operational activities, incident management, and issue resolution related to the Microsoft certificate lifecycle ecosystem.
Manage and maintain certificate lifecycle processes across enterprise settings, ensuring security, compliance, and service reliability.
Work with Venafi, Microsoft PKI, and certificate integration platforms including CAPI, JDK, F5, AWS Certificate Manager (ACM), and Venafi REST APIs.
Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell and REST APIs to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support certificate management solutions across various infrastructure platforms
Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence within the PKI and certificate management domain.

Required Skills & Experience
Solid hands-on experience with Venafi and Microsoft PKI.
In-depth understanding of certificate lifecycle management and integration patterns such as CAPI, JDK, F5, ACM, and Venafi REST APIs.
Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and REST API-based integrations.
Solid knowledge of infrastructure and server technologies, including:
Windows Server setting
Application infrastructure and enterprise standards
VMware and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
Physical and virtual server architectures
Good understanding of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN, Firewalls, and VPN technologies.
Working knowledge of Active Directory administration a
