Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Team Lead to manage and coordinate marketing activities from the Teynampet Head Office while supporting and monitoring marketing operations across all 8 branches. The role involves team coordination, customer calls, site visits, lead generation and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor marketing activities across all 8 branches from the Teynampet Head Office.
Coordinate with Branch Marketing Executives and Sales Teams on daily activities and targets.
Generate new leads through telephone calls, customer follow-ups, references and field visits.
Visit customer sites when required to understand requirements and support the team.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, AMC, service requirements, spare parts and new DG set opportunities.




Support branch teams in converting leads into confirmed orders.
Monitor daily customer calls, visits, enquiries and follow-up activities.
Allocate leads and prospects to the appropriate branch/team.
Maintain and review marketing MIS, lead status and conversion reports.
Conduct regular review meetings with branch marketing teams.
Identify new customers, market opportunities and potential business areas.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and recent customers.
Coordinate with Service, Spare Parts and Backend teams to ensure smooth customer support.
Guide, motivate and improve the productivity of marketing team members.
Report marketing performance, business opportunities and challenges to management.
