We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
Guide and counsel students regardng courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
Handle walk-in candidates and provide detailed counselling regarding courses and career paths.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups and student inquiries professionally.
Explain course details, fee structures and career prospects to prospective students
Maintain regular communication with leads abd convert inquiries into admission




Build and Maintain positive relationships with students and onboarding
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, walk-ins, and admission process

Skills and Qualifications:
Execellent communication and Interpersonal skills
Robust convincing and counselling abilities
positive attitude and professional behaviour
prior experience in relevant field will be an advantage
