About the Role

AfflatusHR is looking for a Non-IT Recruiter with solid experience in FMCG Sales Hiring and/or Plant/Manufacturing Hiring. This is a recruitment consultancy role involving end-to-end hiring for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Non-IT recruitment, primarily FMCG Sales and Plant/Manufacturing hiring.
Understand client requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Job Portals, LinkedIn, references, social media and other channels.
Screen candidates, coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups through joining.
Maintain quality talent pipelines for recurring requirements.




Ensure timely submission of relevant profiles and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.
Manage multiple positions independently in a Work From Home environment.

Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of Non-IT recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment consultancy/staffing firm.
Robust experience in FMCG Sales Hiring and/or Plant/Manufacturing Hiring is preferred/required.
Good sourcing skills with experience in Job Portals, LinkedIn and Boolean Search.
Robust communication, follow-up and candidate coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
