Role Description

Believers HR is hiring Customer Service Representatives – Avalon Chat CL11 for a full time, on-site Chat & Operations process.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions through chat.
Maintain professional communication and service quality.
Follow SOPs, quality, compliance, and data-security guidelines.
Document customer interactions accurately.
Meet productivity, quality, response-time, and customer satisfaction targets.
Escalate complex issues when required.
Participate in training and adapt to process updates.

Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate candidates are eligible.
Minimum 1 year of BPO / Customer Service experience.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Positive computer literacy and attention to detail.
Typing: 30 WPM with 90% accuracy.
Tech & Logical Test:



80% or above.
NV Versant: 60 or above.
EPFO verification/check is mandatory.
Willingness to work Work From Office (WFO).
For B.E./B.Tech candidates: Graduation percentage must be 60% or below.

Compensation
CTC: ₹4.28 LPA
MIV: ₹0–₹4,000
Approx. In-hand: ₹26,500/month (flat salary)
